Here are some practical tips on how to '“fill” the emptiness in life:

Finding YOUR Purpose

1. Reflect on your personal values: What matters most to you in life? What do you stand for? What are your non negotiables? Where can you set boundaries?

2. Explore your passions: What activities make you feel most alive and engaged? What lights your soul up ? What makes your heart smile? There are the things to bring more of in your everyday life.

3. Identify your strengths: What are your natural talents and skills? Where do you shine ? What are the areas that come natural to you?

4. Set meaningful goals: Align your goals with your values, passions, and strengths. When there is a strong Why behind your desires, your goals have power to manifest quicker!

Building Meaningful Relationships

1. Nurture existing relationships that are in alignment with who you desire to be: Invest time and effort in these relationships.

2. Join a community: This is a great way to connect with like-minded individuals through hobbies, volunteering, or social groups. This opens so many doors & possible opportunities. The universe wants to give you what you desire, aligning with people in your community can help open doors you never even dreamed possible!

3. Practice active listening: Engage deeply with others, and show genuine interest in their lives. There is an art in listening with the intent to hear and not with the intent to respond.

4. Be vulnerable & authentic: Share your true self with others, and be open to receiving the same in return. As you begin to implement these adjustments to your life becoming more authentic to who you truly are meant to be will be a natural by product of this journey. Practicing Self-Care

1. Prioritize physical health: Choose regular exercise, healthy eating, and sufficient sleep is a great place to start. A nightly walk around the block can help you to be reminded to be present to reflect on your day & notice the wins.

2. Cultivate mental well-being: Practice mindfulness, meditation, or yoga to reduce stress and increase the calm connection to your soul.

3. Engage in creative activities: Pursue hobbies, ones you used to love and new ones that your soul is craving. Take on creative pursuits, or other interests that bring you joy or light your soul up. Even purchasing a coloring book has been proven to quiet the mind & help creativity shine.

4. Practice self-compassion: Treat yourself with all the kindness, understanding and Grace. This human experience is what we make it, lets remember Grace for ourselves goes a long way.

Additional Tips
