Module 4: Your Home is an Asset
You already own the most powerful income opportunity in this course.
Not your closet, not your cashback apps. Your home. The space you live in, sleep in, wake up in every day. It has value beyond what you paid for it, and most women never touch that value.
Airbnb made it possible to turn your home, or even just a room, into income. And it doesn't require you to become a property manager or leave permanently. It could be as simple as renting out your space while you travel, listing a spare room on weekends, or referring a friend who's been thinking about hosting.
How Your Home Can Pay You
There are a few ways to approach this:
1. List your whole space when you travel. If you're away for a weekend, a week, or longer, your home sitting empty is a missed opportunity. Airbnb guests will pay well for a well-presented, well-located home, and what they pay can cover your trip entirely, or more.
2. Rent out a spare room. A guest room, a finished basement, a studio above the garage. If you have space that's not being used, it has earning potential. Even occasional hosting adds up quickly.
3. Refer someone who wants to host. Not ready to host yourself? Know someone who's been considering it? Your referral link earns you a bonus when they start hosting. You don't have to do a thing except share.
The Mindset Shift
Most people think of their home as a cost: the mortgage, the maintenance, the utilities. What if you flipped that?
Your home is a producing asset. It can generate income while you sleep, while you travel, while you live your life. The women who build real financial freedom are the ones who start seeing their assets as tools, not just things they own.
Your Action Step
This week: sit with these questions.
Do you have a spare room, guest suite, or a second property?
Do you travel and leave your home empty?
Do you know anyone who's been thinking about hosting?
If any of those is a yes, you have income potential you haven't touched yet.

You don't have to commit to anything right now. Just look. Just ask yourself what's possible.
That's how every income stream starts.
